Homeowner Annual Assessment for 2024

The Homeowner Annual Assessment (dues) for the year 2024 remains at $210.00, with no increase from 2022 or 2023. Payments were due in full on the 1st day of January and are considered delinquent if not received by February 29th. A late payment penalty of 10% will be applied to the total amount due on the homeowner's account.
